These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website and any products, services, or information provided by Splintech cc. By using our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or purchase our products.
By placing an order on or through our Website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the ordered products.
We accept EFT payments only.
Please use the quotation number as reference.
For orders requiring a deposit, no manufacturing will commence until the deposit amount has cleared in our account. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery of the goods. All goods remain the property of Splintech until fully paid.
We will ship your order to the address you provide during the order process, which will be quoted separately. Shipping times and fees may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier.
For orders delivered directly by Splintech, the delivery fee includes transportation and offloading of furniture to the designated address only. Splintech staff will not be responsible for carrying individual items to separate classrooms or areas far from the offloading zone, or upstairs, if not previously arranged.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered the production phase, we will attempt to cancel it and issue a full refund.
As we only manufacture to order and do not hold any stock, exchanges for different items or sizes are not possible and will require placing a new order.
All items manufactured by Splintech come with a 1-year guarantee. Should there be any factory defects (not caused by misuse of the item or vandalism), Splintech will attempt to repair the item. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item or arrange for a refund.
All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Splintech cc or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our Website without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splintech cc and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or purchase of our products.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We encourage you to periodically review these Terms for the latest information on our terms and conditions. Your continued use of our Website or purchase of our products constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
